Doug Crawley serves as founder and senior pastor of Community Bible Fellowship, a non-denominational church located in Cliffwood, New Jersey. Previously, he was senior pastor of Providence Baptist Church in New Jersey.
He also serves as owner, president and CEO of Synergies Companies, a national company that specializes in industrial staffing and packaging and distribution. He is responsible for the overall planning, directing, organizing and controlling of the company operations for all entities. He has over 50 years of management and related entrepreneurial and military leadership experience. He has served as an executive with two Fortune 100 companies.
In addition, he has served as president of several other entrepreneurial and non-profit entities. He is the founder of the MOST (Mentoring Our Students Together) Program, which is an after-school collaboration with the church, the local school district and his companies, to provide mentoring, tutoring and recreational activities for students in grades four through twelve.
Doug is a veteran who served as a navigator/flight instructor in the U.S. Air Force and was discharged with the rank of Captain. During his seven years of military leadership, he flew 185 combat missions during the Vietnam Conflict. While in the military, He earned the Distinguished Flying Cross, the Meritorious Service Medal, the Air Force Commendation Medal and the Air Medal.
Doug is married to Shirley, and they have three sons, six grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics, an MBA and a Doctor of Ministry degree.
